Updated versions of the HELYX-Adjoint, HELYX-Coupled and HELYX-Marine add-on modules are also included, aligned with all the new features available in version 4.6.0.
What’s New in HELYX 4.6.0?
Version 4.6.0 introduces several key additions and enhancements, including:
- Extended Python API: develop and deploy new user-defined interactive components in the GUI using the improved Python application programming interface.
- Expanded Modelling Capabilities: new and extended capabilities for chemistry modelling, multiphase flows, heat transfer and multi-region simulations to expand the range of CFD applications supported by HELYX.
- Enhanced Meshing and Geometry: new mesh controls, mesh extrusion capabilities and geometry inspection tools to offer greater flexibility when preparing and analysing complex geometries.
- Improved Solver Capabilities: enhanced solver workflows, turbulence modelling, region coupling and numerical methods for increased simulation robustness, performance and usability.
- Expanded Post-Processing and Visualisation: new field processing capabilities, surface statistics and visualisation tools to provide additional options for analysing and interpreting simulation results.
