The final countdown for the ENGYS User Group Meeting 2026 continues. There are only two weeks to go until we gather at the Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XII in Madrid, Spain, on 21–23 October, for three days dedicated to exploring open-source CFD with HELYX and ELEMENTS.
This year’s programme will begin with a full day of HELYX and ELEMENTS training sessions on 21st October, followed by two days of technical presentations about real-world CFD applications. The technical programme will feature talks from several organisations across a wide range of industries, including: RDT, CycloTech, Diehl Defence, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Foster + Partners, Ramboll, SCHOTTEL, Grundfos, SMS group, Philip Morris International, Holinger, Piaggio, NVIDIA, AMD and others.
The ENGYS UGM 2026 will also feature a keynote from Francisco “Patxi” Lara, Numerical Simulation CoE Director at RDT, sharing practical insights from RDT’s experience applying HELYX to complex engineering challenges.
