The CFD Meetup featured a series of engaging presentations by esteemed speakers. Fabrícia Sales from Legasys explored advancements in diagnostics for industrial systems. Francisco Barbosa from Ingredion focused on the environmental benefits of optimizing drying processes. Fábio Mori and Gerson Luiz Martines from São Paulo Metro shared their experience using CFD for improving infrastructure projects. Lisandro Maders from ENGYS discussed innovations in software development, highlighting the upcoming features of HELYX 4.3.0. Guilherme Sales from Mendes Holler Engenharia examined the role of CFD simulation in thermal management for data centers. Gustavo Almeida from ENGYS presented a detailed case study developed by Thiago Vicznevski from NETZSCH on the simulation of a centrifugal liquid-gas separator, showcasing the collaborative impact of advanced CFD tools in industrial applications.
