Sales Intern (Global Back-Office Focus)

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global sales environment, supporting key processes and collaborating with teams across all ENGYS offices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Intern, you will assist the sales team with essential back-office activities, ensuring the smooth operation of global sales processes and contributing to the growth of ENGYS worldwide. Your tasks will include:

  • Lead Management:
    • Gather and update information from potential leads, populating and organizing our CRM system for all ENGYS offices.
    • Filter and categorize leads based on global criteria to identify high-priority prospects.
    • Conduct first-level communication with potential leads (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to qualify opportunities before passing them to the regional sales teams.
  • CRM Administration:
    • Clean and maintain data integrity within the CRM system across multiple regions.
    • Customize the CRM to meet the needs of the global sales team, including fixing bugs and creating workflows using basic programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Support the preparation of reports and dashboards for tracking sales performance across all ENGYS offices.
    • Assist in analyzing lead data to identify trends and opportunities across global markets.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams from all ENGYS offices to align efforts and ensure efficient global processes.
    • Provide administrative support as needed to enhance sales operations worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for CRM customization—no expertise required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Interest in global sales processes and data management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) is an advantage.
