Graphic Designer
ENGYS is currently looking for a Graphic Designer (f/m/d) to work remotely/on-site with our marketing team at our office in Porto Alegre (Brazil). Due to the nature of this role, applications are only open to candidates who already have the right to work in Brazil.

This role is multi-facetted and includes a range of creative responsibilities:
- Collaborate, brainstorm and strategise with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, e-mail marketing, social media, presentations, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials (printed and digital).
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design.
- Establish and manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.
- Design visual concepts using appropriate tools, media and/or technologies.
- Time-manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
- Create and stablish brand identities of products.
The ideal candidate should have the following proven skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Administration, Advertising or similar field.
- Three or more years of experience in professional graphic/web design with a portfolio showing proficiency in these subjects.
- Expertise in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and ability to learn new software tools as needed.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design concepts.
- Video editing skills and knowledge of 3D software (Blender is considered a plus).
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems.
- Fluency in English (written and oral) with excellent writing, communication, presentation and organsisational skills.
