About the Event
The ENGYS User Group Meeting 2026 will bring together the global community of users of our open-source CFD software tools HELYX and ELEMENTS. The event will be hosted in partnership with RDT from 21–23 October 2026 at the Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XII in Madrid, Spain.
The ENGYS UGM provides a focused environment for engineers, industry professionals and developers to exchange practical experience, discuss real-world applications, and explore ongoing developments in CFD.
Over three days, participants will have access to technical presentations, software updates, and direct interactions with the ENGYS team and the wider user community.

The ENGYS UGM 2026 is structured to combine hands-on learning with technical exchanges:
- Training – Wednesday, 21 October
A full day of training sessions led by ENGYS specialists, focused on workflows, methodologies and best practices using HELYX and ELEMENTS. - Technical Sessions – Thursday and Friday, 22–23 October
Two days of presentations from industry, partners and experts from ENGYS, covering real-world applications and developments across industries. - Networking
Direct interaction with users and developers working with ENGYS’ open-source CFD and optimisation tools.

Attendees will gain insight into how CFD is applied within engineering workflows across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, building & architecture, marine, turbomachinery, process engineering, oil & gas, electronics and manufacturing.

Event Programme
The ENGYS UGM 2026 will be hosted over 3 days:
- Day 1 (October 21): Training sessions with hands-on workshops focused on HELYX and ELEMENTS, led by ENGYS specialists.
- Day 2–3 (October 22–23): Technical sessions with invited speakers, customers and ENGYS engineers presenting real-world applications and developments using HELYX and ELEMENTS, followed by networking opportunities.

About the Venue
The ENGYS User Group Meeting 2026 will be hosted at the Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XII, located at Calle de Alfonso XII, 18, 28014 Madrid, Spain.
Situated next to El Retiro Park, the venue offers a central location with direct access to one of Madrid’s most well-known landmarks. The area combines historic surroundings with easy access to transport, restaurants and cultural attractions.
