WEBINAR ON DEMAND

CFD Analysis of Vehicle Aerodynamics with ELEMENTS

This webinar discusses how ELEMENTS can be used to provide more accurate and consistent CFD results when performing vehicle aerodynamics analysis.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) coupled with traditional Compute Aided Engineering (CAE) tools provide the potential of transforming the engineering design process. This is one of the driving forces behind the UPSCALE Project, specifically applied to the future design of electric vehicles. The EU project is a collaboration of several industrial and academic partners, where ENGYS is developing components for “Machine Learning Enhanced Simulation Tools”.

In this webinar, we present how ENGYS is working on enhancing the performance of existing CFD tools using machine learning and model order reduction.

In this webinar you will see

  • Why ELEMENTS was created and how a collaboration between ENGYS and the Auto Research Center has enabled extensive validation of the CFD methods within the ELEMENTS best practices.
  • How users can quickly setup a case within ELEMENTS and customize the templates to automatically setup automotive cases of any complexity.
  • Who uses ELEMENTS to successfully model vehicle aerodynamics through several customer success stories with Volvo and Fiat Chrysler Automotive.
