HELYX-OS v2.1.1 released by ENGYS. An open-source GUI for OPENFOAM®.

 

ENGYS is delighted to announce the release v2.1.1 of HELYX-OS, an open-source graphical user interface designed to work with the current version of OPENFOAM® v2.3.x. The GUI is free to download from sourceforge for Linux systems and is delivered to the public under the GNU General Public License.
 
HELYX-OS v2.1.1 incorporates numerous improvements and bug fixes over HELYX-OS v2.1.0, including among other things:
  • Additional boundary conditions for VOF multiphase flows. 

  • Improved solution residuals chart.

  • Improved fields initialisation.

  • Improved 3D graphics display.

A version of HELYX-OS v2.1.1 with OPENFOAM® v2.3.x for Windows is also available as a single installation file for support customers only.
